Gay was driving to the ranch several days ago on Mormon Mill road and encountered a beaver at Hamilton Creek. We’ve been in the Texas Hill Country for more than 20 years and have never seen one before. Hardy Vaughn, our foreman, has been here all of his life and has never seen one.
Thank goodness Gay was able to get a photo – no one would have ever believed her.
